disturbing thought

i got together with steve and mr. pete abn started workin on some songs for a record with only acoustic instruments. guitar, fiddle, dobro, upright bass, banjo, mandolin, accordion, etc etc. it is gonna be the best record you’ve heard to date. full electric band rehershal on the 7th. gonne be HUGE!
also, other plans are solidified, but news is gonna be slower...

i'm not exactly sure why
but in new york all the bodegas i go to insist on putting my coffee in a brown paper bag like some speakeasy contraband. its pretty annoying especially in the cold when that hot coffee may assist in warming my hands. well, today it spilled ALL OVER my bagel. so now i have a coffee saturated bagel. i mean, i will be drinking coffee with the bagel anyway, but still. no one wants a wet bagel....
